Abstract

This presentation shows that the complete data sets of the laboratory on heavy oil polymer flooding works, pilot tests and field applications are established. It also established the criteria for polymer flooding in heavy oil reservoirs can be considered. The average oil mobility and oil/polymer viscosity ratio equal to 0.31 md/cp and 279 were first presented here as key guidelines for polymer flooding in heavy oil reservoirs.
