Abstract:

In this presentation,  the results from parallel computing which is a powerful technique for reservoir simulation is presented. New numerical schemes for thermal models is used.  Parallel linear solvers and preconditioners are designed and implemented. Giant models with thousands of CPU cores are used in the computation.
