Abstract
This presentation shows that Viscoelastic properties of hybrid polymer/silica quantified based on frequency sweep; Lissajou curves of two different polymers and two different silica Nano particles are plotted and nonlinear behavior were analyzed; Between completely hydrophilic and slightly hydrophobic silica nanoparticles (Aerosil 300 & Aerosil 816) the latter one can have more strong hydrogen bonding between carboxyl group of polymer and hydroxyl on silica surface; We have three different stages for AEROSIL 816 and HPAM polymers: low concentration (0-1 wt.%), intermediate concentration (1-3 wt.%) and high concentration (> wt. 3%).
