Nanopore Confinement Adsorption and Diffusion Effect on Duvernay Gas Condensate Production

Abstract

This work introduces a hydraulic fracturing model with more than 20% increased TFR which is a complex model with finely gridded cells ≥ planar fracture model ≥ complex model with loose gridded cells. It also built a confinement model in Case 1 with 14% increased TFR and Case 2 with 24% increased TFR.  In the adsorption Model, ML model accounts about 10% OFIP,  EL model accounts more than 25% OFIP,  IAS theory model accounts about 25% OFIP. The diffusion model has  2% increased TFR.
