Abstract:

In this study, a real gas transport model is developed with considering the effects of cross-section types and shapes in nanopores of SGRs. It shows that nanopore types and shapes affect gas transport with the following rules: At the same cross-sectional area, gas transport capacity in circular nanopores is greater than that in rectangular nanopores; furthermore, gas transport capacity in rectangular nanopores decreases with an increasing aspect ratio. Real gas effect enhances gas transport capacity, which increases with the increasing pressure and decreasing pore size in nanopores of SGRs.
