Well-string configuration for dissolution acceleration in CO2 storage is completely modeled and simulated. The code validation is also performed. It is concluded that required top well compression pressure to inject CO2 will decrease by simultaneous injecting CO2 and Brine; increase in “salinity” and “surface temperature” decrease dissolved CO2; CO2injecting with higher bottom well pressure raises CO2 dissolution; single-phase homogeneous CO2-Brine fluid flow assumption leads to considerable error in the tubing pressure profile; and concentration profile has not significant effect on tubing pressure profile.
